I, Akbar Amirzadeh Irani, confirm that the video recordings featuring statements by Arzhang Davoudi were personally recorded by me using a second mobile device during WhatsApp video calls, pursuant to a recording arrangement agreed upon by both parties.

The recordings were made in connection with statements concerning my political background, civil activities, public role, and related matters. Arzhang Davoudi participated as the speaker and was aware that his statements were being recorded.

Related written correspondence, signed statements, and WhatsApp communications concerning the preparation, recording, and intended distribution of these materials are retained in my private archive.

As the person who recorded the videos, I claim copyright in my original audiovisual contributions and authorize their publication and reuse under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), insofar as those rights belong to me.

This authorization does not purport to license any independently held rights of Arzhang Davoudi or other parties.

Arzhang Davoudi is identified and credited as the speaker. His participation in the recordings does not, by itself, confer authority to represent Akbar Amirzadeh Irani or imply any continuing political association.

Neither the publication nor the reuse of the videos constitutes acceptance of political representation, endorsement, organizational affiliation, or authorization for any person to act on behalf of Akbar Amirzadeh Irani.
